Cyril Barth
Director General

A graduate of Saint-Cyr, Cyril served for 10 years in various paratrooper units and has led numerous multidisciplinary teams on international missions. He has taught leadership in Saint-Cyr since 2003 and in this role has developed packages appropriate to civilian companies and business schools. He has been Director of Saint-Cyr Formation Continue since 2011.



Xavier Latournerie
Assistant Director


Formerly a Special Forces officer, Xavier supports companies and their leaders with their projects and helps them find ways to improve individual and collective performance. He brings his double expertise to the Saint-Cyr Formation Continue clients: management of complex and crisis situations as well as professional training.,. Xavier led a multinational project team within NATO for three years. He is a graduate of the EDHEC Executive MBA.



Francis Ducrot
Assistant Director


As a former alpine officer, Francis heads up the Chambery subsidiary of Saint-Cyr Formation Continue. Francis creates bespoke leadership programmes to train leaders and managers in an alpine environments. He is interested in leadership and crisis management practices that are transposable to the corporate environment.
He is a graduate of Saint-Cyr and of the HEC Paris Executive MBA.



Isabelle Choutet
Director of Administration and Communication


Graduated from the Université de Paris I in public law and from the CELSA communication School, Isabelle worked during 10 years as officer in charge of controlling legal affairs of the Commission Nationale des comptes de campagne et financements politiques. Isabelle also supported as volunteer the Saint-Cyrienne as a lawyer during many years.




Emmanuel Bourboulon
Directeur du Pôle Défense


Après une première partie de carrière opérationnelle au sein des chasseurs alpins (Chambéry et Barcelonnette) et des parachutistes (Perpignan), Emmanuel a exercé des fonctions de responsabilité dans la formation : formateur à l’école d’état-major, directeur de stages, directeur général de la formation, ingénierie de formation et de pédagogie, avant d’être en charge de l’école du Renseignement de l’armée de Terre (ceci incluant les études et la prospective). Il a conclu 29 ans de service au sein de l’armée de Terre par une année comme chef de corps des 4 écoles militaires de Saumur, ceci se résumant à la responsabilité du soutien et de la vie courante des écoles.




Hervé Kergosien
Coach and Training Engineer Manager


A former Intelligence Officer with expertise in international crisis management and change management, Herve joined Saint-Cyr Formation Continue in 2014 bringing his experience as a trainer and providing support for decision-makers.
He holds a master’s degree from IAE Paris and is a graduate of Paris II.



Jacques Sicard
Responsable de l’ingénierie pédagogique du pôle Est


Ancien officier supérieur de l’armée de terre (35 ans au sein de l’infanterie et des troupes de montagne), Jacques a servi en unités opérationnelles et sur de nombreux théâtres d’opérations où il a acquis une solide expérience en leadership, gestion de crise et formation.





Sigrid Sigorel
Defence training Manager


Sigrid is changing his work path, he is currently responsible for the defense training courses.



Bruno Vachon
Training Officer


Ancien officier supérieur de la Marine nationale, Bruno a principalement exercé des fonctions dans les domaines du renseignement et des relations internationales. Sa carrière s’est principalement déroulée au sein des forces spéciales au sein desquelles il a participé à de nombreuses opérations extérieures en Asie, en Afrique et en Europe. Il a aussi exercé des fonctions managériales opérationnelles, d’encadrement à l’Ecole Navale et comme chef de cabinet d’officiers généraux.



Frédéric Dupety
Chargé de formation


Ancien officier supérieur de l’armée de Terre (29 années au sein de l’Infanterie & des Forces Spéciales), Frédéric a servi en unités opérationnelles en France et sur des théâtres d’opérations sensibles où il a acquis une solide expérience en leadership et gestion de crise. Familier des univers exigeants, en 2011, il rejoint le Groupe Lafarge en Irak puis au Cameroun, afin de créer et de mettre en œuvre leur politique sûreté. De retour en France, il assure la gestion des équipes de surveillance et de médiation culturelle du domaine de Vaux-le-Vicomte.




Christophe Allard
Training Officer


Ancien officier de l’Armée de terre, d’origine OAEA, Christophe a servi principalement dans les commandos parachutistes d’infanterie de marine. Il a effectué de nombreuses missions à l’étranger pendant une quinzaine d’années ainsi qu’un séjour en famille de deux ans sur l’île de la Réunion. Il a quitté l’institution en 2009 et exercé différents métiers, notamment dans le domaine de la sûreté à l’international.



Guillaume Rousselin
General Resources Officer


Après une formation école de commerce et de gestion, il a travaillé pendant 10 ans pour des groupes industriels liés au bâtiment ou il a animé des réseaux de distribution professionnels et grand public. Depuis 2002 il est serial entrepreneur dans le domaine de l’immobilier et de la rénovation immobilière.
Guillaume a rejoint l’équipe de Saint-Cyr Formation Continue en octobre 2016.




Sonny Gautron
Logistics Coordinator


Sonny’s mission is to manage the pedagogical and logistical methods for the trainings at Coëtquidan. He served as a non-commissioned officer in the Army in operational units for 21 years. As “Cadre de Contact,” he has been deployed in Asia, Africa and the Balkans. He then managed a protection team for merchant ships in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean for a private Swiss security company. After an experience managing a sales outlet as the head of a meals delivery service at the Center Parc of Moselle, he joined the Saint-Cyr Formation Continue team in April 2016 as the Logistics Coordinator.



Thibaud Ribiollet
Coordination Manager - Mountaineering Expert


As a former military mountain guide, Thibaud is responsible for logistics and safety at Saint-Cyr Formation Continue in Chambery.
He also organises seminars and mountain expeditions for individuals and companies as part of his role within the Chambery subsidiary.
Thibaud relies on his experience of more than 20 years in mountain rescue with the mountain gendarmerie platoon of Haute-Savoie.



Yoann Dupeyre
Logistical Officer


Yoann is a logistics assistant for the Pôle Est of the Saint-Cyr Formation.



Olivier Martin
Logistical Coordinator


Olivier a pour mission de gérer les moyens pédagogiques et logistique pour les diverses formations. Il a servi comme sous-officier dans l’armée de terre pour le soutient des forces pendant plus de 20 ans, dans le domaine de la logistique et de la sécurité en France comme à l’étranger.
Cadre de contact, il a été déployé au Moyen Orient ainsi qu’en Polynésie. Il a développé en parallèle une activité de restauration traiteur.




Mahaut Faure
Administrative Assistant


Diplômée d’un master de didactique des langues et des cultures du monde, Mahaut a notemment travaillé à Madagascar avant de rejoindre l’équipe en tant qu’assistante administrative.




Virginie Ducrot
Administrative Assistant


Virginie works on the Pôle Est. She is in charge of administrative management and organization in order to optimize the functioning of the activities.



Christelle Lecerf
Accountant


Christelle joined Saint-Cyr Formation Continue in the accounting department. Previously employed by the Association Triomphe Saint-Cyr for 20 years for the organization of the Triumph Day (“la journée du Triomphe”), and in parallel, she was the accountant for the Association des Amis du Musée du Souvenir aux Écoles de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan. She has the degree of Brevet Technicien Supérieur in accounting and business management.



Manon Pasquiet
Executive Assistant


Manon assists Cyril Barth. She is in charge of management and administrative organization in order to optimize the management of his activities.



Sixtine Gauthier
Communication Officer


Titulaire d’un Master 2 en Gestion d’Entreprise et Gestion de Projet, Sixtine a notamment travaillé en communication hôtelière avant de rejoindre la Fondation Saint-Cyr en mai 2017 en tant que Chargée de Communication.



Guillaume Le Rest
Communication Assistant


Titulaire d’un bac professionnel « production graphique de réalisation de produits imprimés et pluri médias », Guillaume a effectué de nombreux stages durant son cursus scolaire.
Il a notamment travaillé comme graphiste au sein d’une entreprise spécialisée dans les objets publicitaires.
Il a rejoint l’équipe en tant qu’assistant en communication en septembre 2017.





Simon Owen
Business Manager


Simon Owen is in charge of the development of the SCYFCO brand in the North as well as in the BENELUX countries. He is a bilingual (English and French) consultant and trainer in ’Leadership and Management’ since September 2016 following 34 years service in the British Army, in the Irish Guards. Apart from his operational experience in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Northern Ireland, he commanded a reserve unit within the University of Cambridge, which was dedicated to training future opinion-formers in ’Leadership’. Posted to France in 2006 as the British Liaison Officer to the Military Academy of Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan, he joined the Rapid Reaction Corps - France, based in the Citadel of Lille, in 2009.




Gildas Noblet
Consultant - Trainer


A Saint-Cyr graduate, Gildas has held operational roles in the Army for 11 years before joining one of the world’s leading medical assistance and risk management organizations. From 2011 to 2015, he managed structuring projects in fifteen countries from Paris, to London to Dubai. In 2016, Gildas founded Carthage International, an international development consultancy group dedicated to supporting companies in emerging markets. He is a graduate of Saint-Cyr and of the ESSEC Executive MBA.



Alexandre de la Nézière
Consultant - Trainer


A Saint-Cyr graduate, Alexander served as an officer in the army for 13 years. He has commanded various units in environments of crisis and emergency during various conflicts in recent years (Africa, Balkans, Middle East), notably in the parachute commandos (“commandos parachutistes”). A graduate of ESSEC, he then chose to join the corporate world. After several years of operational experience at Péchiney then Alcan, at different levels of responsibility within the group’s supply chain, he joined Newton Vaureal Consulting in 2008. He is now a partner and managing director of this consulting firm specializing in supply chain management since 2011.



Bruno Cellerier
Consultant - Trainer


A former senior army officer (Paratroopers & Special Forces – “Troupes parachutistes & Forces Spéciales”), he has held numerous managerial positions in France and abroad in the Ministry of Defense after having served for eight years as the Director of Human Resources, before turning his professional ambitions towards new horizons.

Accustomed to varied and sometimes extreme situations, he has been supporting leaders and managers during periods of transition, strategic choices, changes, and all types of recruitment, with a classic or direct approach. A trainer for more than thirty years, he provides support on many topics such as: Leadership, crisis management and team cohesion.



Jane McGregor
Consultant - Trainer


Jane has been a full time course director and subsequently, a mentor for St Cyr Formation Continue since 2011. An officer in the British Army, ex Intelligence Corps, Jane also has expertise in marketing, sales and business development. Jane managed the UK, and developed the Spanish and French markets for the medical device company Optos plc. Jane began her own company in 2008, raising a package of investment through angels and banks. Educated in France (MBA) and in Scotland (BSc Hons), Jane has specific interest in leadership and communication within small and larger companies.
